I'm a Psychologist from Catholic University of Santa María. I hold an MBA degree from Tarapacá University and I have a diploma in Talent Management (Antofagasta University) and Psychopedagogy (Catholic University San Pablo). I have studies in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from Inter-Cambio Institute.
I'm a Certified Global Bikablo® Trainer (Germany), IFVP member (International Forum of Visual Practitioners) and Management 3.0 Facilitator. I have certifications as a Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitator (ICP - ATF), "Work Together Anywhere”, Visual Storytelling (Bikablo®) and Points of You®.
I have over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources in where she has worked for oil & gas, energy, engineering and mining companies. Currently I'm the CEO, Co - Founder and Visual & Agile Facilitator for NaveLAB (Training and Development Company) and an Agile Trainer and Facilitator for Kubadili (a Social LatAm Organization).
