Smart, well-intentioned people, teams, and organizations use agile development with the hope that they’ll build better, more successful products. Many quickly notice that, while agile approaches may get delivery moving, their products and their organization isn’t doing particularly better in the market. They may even be releasing more embarrassing and less successful products than ever.
This talk is about the mindset used in agile development and most software development processes that is at odds with a healthy product mindset.
